TDA supported a project that helped to promote diabetes awareness & management in Thenmaradchi. TDA also sponsored to establish a dedicated clinic for Diabetes in the region. The project was well attended and appreciated.

TDA donated sewing machines for widows affected by the war in the region. Project helped to empower women in the region and created self-employment opportunities.

TDA donated IT system for electronic patient record keeping at Chavakachcheri Hospital. IT clerk supports for electronic patient record keeping to help visiting doctors.

TDA supported a vocational training program in for youths in the region. The vocational training included Aluminium welding, Electrical wiring.

TDA sponsored a Workshop on providing further education for school leavers to provide advise and direction on future opportunities. Workshop was held at Drieberg College and attended by DC Principal Mr.Aunthavapalan CHC Principal Mr.Kailainathan Retired Principal Mr.P.Vettivelu

TDA provided an emergency support for the displaced school children. It helped and encouraged to get displaced children admitted to schools and relieve their stresses.

TDA supported the construction of a temporary wards and OPD patients waiting area to accommodate large number patients affected by the war.  TDA also provided medical support for the hospital including volunteer services by visiting doctors.
